Can I self-collect my purchase if I’m not entitled to free delivery?

Of course, you can! You can choose to pick up your items at any of our showrooms or our warehouse.

 

Do you charge for assembly service?

No, we do not charge anything for assembly services.

 

Do you do rental service?

No, unfortunately, we do not rent out our products.

 

Do you export your products to other countries?

Yes, we do export our products to selected countries as of now. Please contact us at shop@zestlivings.com for more details.

 

What is the lead-time to deliver the goods to me?

Usually, the products will be delivered 7-14 days upon receiving the order excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays.

 

How can I view the actual items?

You can view the actual items at our various showrooms.

 

I need to change my delivery address. Can I do this online?  

You can send us an email at shop@zestlivings.com stating the order number at least 48 hours before the estimated delivery date stated. Alternatively, you can give us a call at +65 6338 2488. 

 

What if I discover a fault with my furniture after delivery?

If there is a fault with  you item within 14 days of delivery, please contact us via email, or call +65 6338 2488.
